Wow, ok, so first thing is first. Colbie, the main character is a beautiful single mother who loves music with all her heart and soul. So much so, she feels a connection to her soulmate through her music. At least that is what it feels like to her.... yet she never told anyone else about this odd link she believed she had. She just continued to dream of the possibilities of having a soulmate out there somewhere waiting to be with her. Colbie one day gets amazing news she had been waiting all here life to hear on her way to her best friend's house...… her life is turned upside down. This event is so unexpected and so good and yet sad all at the same time.
After the major event happens, nothing is ever the same again. New people enter her life and some bring out hidden feelings she wasn't sure she could ever have again. Many things happen in this book, but I for one hate to give away any secrets and surprises other readers might enjoy finding out on their own. So if you love romance stories that have a very shocking and yet sweet surprising twists to it, then this is the book for you.
Why is it called Michael's heart? You will find out. The books title is brought up quite a lot throughout the book.
