ElfHaven Part One and Two By: Michelle Maple

This is a wonderful Elf story.

The story starts off with the council summoning a Sylvan Elf named Frey to come and do a very important task for them. FYI, Frey does not like humans, important thing to note, but yeah it makes this task challenging for him at first. He is asked by his friend, one of the council members, Treynus, to come to the council and do this task, his friend knows he will not be happy about, but he knows Frey is the best for the job at hand.

Well, long story short, he is tasked with going to the human world and bringing back a young woman named Laura. This is one reason I informed you he doesn't like humans. He is asked to protect, train and bring her back to have a seat on the council. Why, well that I will leave for you to find out on your own.

Laura is not to excited to meet Frey, you can understand why, but she knows her life is about to change, and she needs his help, no matter how racist he may be.

There is one good thing he brings to Laura, and that is his companion, Twilia. He found Twilia, an Avariel Elf, near death in the woods. He saved her life and now they are friends. She becomes friends with Laura and shows her compassion where Frey falls short at.

An enemy that threatens not only the existence of the Elfs but humans as well, is what they are all trying to battle together. Not only that, but Laura also has many wonderful, in my opinion, secrets she brings to the table to aid in this battle.

A wonderful adventure, with action, love-hate relationships, and amazing characters. You will love this story if this is the kind of stories you love to read.

Deadly Memory By: Jess Austen

***The first book in the Her Super Spy Trilogy, is is a story of Romantic Suspense, Espionage...and murder.

Falling in love can be hazardous to your health!

Samantha King is a hopeless romantic when it comes to love. On vacation in London, England, she meets Will, a guy that she could really go for. So, when he disappears on her, she just chalks it up to her bad luck. She finds out the next morning the reason he disappeared—he was murdered in the alley behind the pub they met in.

Tom Bridges, a Data Intelligence Officer for the civilian branch of MI5. The murdered man was his friend. Sam King has the stick drive that Will was bringing in—Tom knows it. He’s going to have to keep her safe in order to get it from her. Because the killer knows she has it too. Even if she doesn’t know it.

The attraction between the two is immediate. And platonic, to Sam’s disappointment. All she knows is that if Tom will stop being all business and give her a chance, she might be able to break the romance curse. If they both live that long.

My Review

This is a wonderful spy story. The characters are wonderfully written and very memorable. Especially Tom and Sam.

I do have to admit, I love mystery and romance thrown into one book.

Sam had me cracking up with her horny thoughts about the men who draw her attention. But dang girl, he is there to interrogate you…..but yeah, I see her point. Nice tight pants leave nothing to hide, lol. Ok, her response when she met and then lost the first man. That is by far a very normal reaction from any woman. Her friend is an amazing friend to have.

Ok, I don’t like giving away too much in a review. I feel everyone should learn the details and fun while reading the book for on their own. I will put in that this is an amazing story and only book one to the series. So if you fall in love with the book, there are two more in the series to keep you going.

If you want a little of something, no, a little of everything thrown together in one book, this is the book for you. I honestly don’t have a favorite story or character, they are all that good and way to many wonderful characters to decide from. All The Way To The Moon By: Rose Titus

This is book three of the Vampire Next Door Series

Any who loves Vampires, Werewolves, ghost and everything unexpected, will love this book. A wonderful story written by a very amazing author.

In this story Laura and Rick are back and the excitement has just begun. Her wealthy father is out to kill her and a new friend has come along to help protect her. Yet she must leave Rick behind and hide away far away from him and all of her friends. Ok, yes, Rick is a vampire and so are a lot of other characters in this book, yet in this book along comes a howling new character/race. Welcome werewolves to the story line. Yay, Sorry there are so many characters that are wonderful in this story, but Laura and Rick are still my favorite characters.

Will the hired killer finally kill Laura? What will happen with the newest members of the story line and how will the wolf handle this new enemy? Will Rick finally tell Laura how he really feels, or leave his emotions hidden away forever?

After Dark By: Rose Titus

After Dark
Part two of The Vampire Next Door Series
By: Rose Titus

I shall start this off by saying I love this book. The characters are amazing and well written. Those who love vampire stories will definitely love this one. It has a little of everything.

Characters I have learned to love and enjoy learning more about them while I read this story.
Alex and Lina are vampires, they are also a wonderful married couple. They do have one problem though ...their tenant/neighbor Sky. She is definitely a little out of it. You will meet other vampires as well and learn to fall in love with characters in this story.

Two characters I love the most in this book. Laura the once pampered, spoiled, rich girl who is now trying to live on her own and realizing it is much harder than she thought. She is suicidal and tries to end her life, but doesn’t have the guts to go through with it. She stalks vampires and finally decides to go into one of their homes to have the vampire kill her. End her life and misery. She finds a vampire (Rick) but he refuses to end her life. Instead he teaches her how to do her own laundry and soon becomes addicted to having her around.

Rick’s story keeps me on edge and wondering…. is this story about him? Or someone else in his family?? How will this story end?

Add in the human homicide detective- Martin. Finding dead bodies in the city with their throats torn to shred has him suspicious of the vampire community. Can he find the killer? Will the vampires help him?

How will this book end? Death? Love? Suspense?
You will have to find out on your own.

Night Home By: Rose Titus

This is a wonderful short read. Lots of details are written in it, so it is easy to follow and understand. We find ourselves introduced to the main character, Muriel, who inherits a home from her granduncle, Professor Benjamin Aubrey. Nothing strang about that.....right? Well, she finds notebooks her granduncle wrote hidden within the house. The notebooks express details of a race we all know as vampires. Most of the details are different than what you and I know. Shortly after finding the notebooks she makes friends with some of the townsfolk sand soon is being tracked by a relative of the man who killed her uncle.

Will she be killed herself? Or will her new friends defend her from the danger awaiting her?

This is a good read for anyone who likes vampires and reading different insights to who and what they are.

The Intern Diaries Plague Unleashed By: D C Gomez

I loved this book.
Ok, Who may also love this book? Anyone who likes; Paranormal stuff, funny moments, mystery, apocalyptic story and action.

The characters are amazing. They all are well written and so real. Each with their own unique personality and gifts. I have to admit my three favorite characters are; Isis, Death and Bob. Though many others are also fun characters like the talking cat, Constantine. Eugene, Pestilence's Intern. Bartholomew, who is a very intelligent young man and helps Isis and the others with everything.

Add on funny moments like a blind date Isis ends up on, thanks to her guy pals. Omg, poor girl's date ends up going from bad to worse in a blink of an eye, lol. I won't give away details. Zombies appearing everywhere this young lady goes. It is her job to find out where they are coming from and stop whatever is turning people into zombies.

Will she ever catch a break? Maybe finally end up on a good date? Why is the devil sooo Hot looking?? How many vehicles will they end up going through before this book ends? To find out these answers and who is causing these zombies you must read this book.
